Terms of cancellation
Cancellations must be in writing to the Congress Office.

Cancellation of registration and hotel reservation:

• 75% refund before 31 July, 2009
• 50% refund between 31 July - 31 August 2009
• After 1 September, 2009 no refund is possible.

Substitute delegates will be accepted but must be advised in writing.
